Noisy Ko tai July/August 2008
Before the 7th month of the lunar calendar, Ko tai concert takes place at this location. Not sure which temple in the vicinity organize these opera-then-noisy Karaoke style concert.

This noise can be heard from afar. Not sure if landed property residents affected by this noise.

But the noise is unimpeded in the air and can be heard all the way from regency heights condominium, even sunrise condominium and vistaria condominium

This temple will have a chinese opera show after the 7th month of the lunar calender...

The sound system during the opera is not disruptive to the neighborhood. But after the opera has finish, the unreasonably loud Noisy concert will begin. The crazy loud concert usually will last for a couple of weeks and will be making noise past midnight.

Uncertain if this kind of noise making is LEGAL or not, residents around the neighborhood had to tolerate this kind of nonsense for a few weeks.

The noise is audible all the way up to the regency heights condominium area. It's really ridiculous

First 2 times i print my baby pix at Harvey Norman 35cent deal that time I thought I set my white balance salah... 

Now third time I print.. I was careful ... STILL YELLOW... It's the machine white balance.. and In this day and age of digital print.. Y would machines be set to ZOOM frames when printing? end up CROP out the edges where i imprinted dates onto the pix... 

OK... I think this is the last time i print in Harvey Norman QBM...

As usual every morning i reach the office i Kensington lock the computing appendage that my newest employer has bestowed upon me and as usual after locking which i drop my key into my coin pocket in my jeans.. bad idea, cuz I hv BOTH key and spare together in my pants... so I go about my bizness the whole day.. even go out to lunch with my old buds...

And then cam quiting time in the evening... I was ready to pack it up and go fetch my wife... Ehhhhhh? where is my key? =_=

after thinking a long while whether to hide the computer someplace hoping that it will still be here the next day.. all call security to cut the wires... ... Ahhhh.. better cut the cable than risk hving it stolen.. if the computer get stolen tat's more expensive leh...

So off goes the cable with many onlooking colleague thinking (wtf is that security guy doing with that gigantic lock cutter... =_+  I was so embarrassed...

 Cable cut... and i reach home still having the head of the lock stuck on the notebook.. thinking may be i can google how to open this thing... cuz i hear if i saw the thing off it will take quite some special saw... nvm... try google

Ah... a trip back to tip the balance a bit for the country's future, it had to come to an end and it was time to return back to PULAU  ROKET... to resume my rat race... Well first I must go thru the EVER expensivating LEBURAYA CAMPUR..... 

Gingerly I made my way as usual from my kampung up the CAMPUR road... at around 9pm... I reach the JAIL Lapang toll getting ready to go up the hill to the tunnel... WTF... polis roadblock? TOLL Plaza semua lampu merah? Oh.. jangan marah.. ikut saja la..

 SUSUR keluar and not sure which direction to go I just follow the TRANSNASIONAList Bus... 

Still dunno what happen, we had to proceed thru the trunk roads... it was 3 hours INSIDE the trunk roads... dang... And thru that.. we had to go thru SHELLRIVER where our outgoing semivaluable minister just recently LOST a bulk of his votes... I string of conspiracy theory came thru my mind.... A FINAL Trick up his sleeve to force all motorists on CAMPUR road  to pay tribute to our dear minister b4 he leaves office? may be ?  hahaha

 Any how... it was quite interesting that 3 hour drive... it delay about 2 hours of my normal trip.. but I got to see the nice town of SHELL RIVER.. and I don't think i hv seen SO MANY SEMI VALUABLE posters in my life hahaha. perhaps never again... 

it was interesting... only later at the rest stop found out ada LORI terbabas at the tunnel area..

Well, this saturday is a day of importance to us citizens... And for this specific day, I drove all the way home from Turtle isle to play my role in my hometown...

Last nite after a Long drive heavy rain and the thought of seeing my kid again after CNY... was exciting...

Well, this morning I was greeted with a gift of the 临时抱佛脚 work of our dear users of our tax monies...

JUST look at my car... and my dad's porch...(no pix of the porch *accident delete* but tiretracks ga liao :P)

Y? well, last nite almost reaching home and passing by the school that I will go to on saturday to do my duty... STEAMROLLER in the RAIN... PAVING THE ROAD with fresh tar and all that good stuff.... WAAAA.... they are doing their job of repairing the road... a road of where... well, there are no pot holes on this road FOR ... well, DECADEs.... pave here for wat? la.. no wait... oh ya... ERECTION time tomolo... =_=

Pls la.. last minute do gooding is not going to cover for years of ripping us RAKYAT OFF LIbra...

I think less than a month ago, I went for my regular service on my car. My car has been making some noise every once in a while when I go down the PLUS... Rattle Rattle...

The first time I heard this one the mechanics found out it was the body kit skirting... some kind of fitting or CLIP came loose. Ah.. that happen like a couple to 3 years back after some damn Lorry left some tyre piece on the PLUS... That probably done the damage. That time stil under warranty.. OK fixed beres...

NOW, it's back.. So I ask the Kerani bitch at Vivahill to check for that noise... I say happen b4 I got it fixed there also. ... As I waited at the service center playing Crysis (tat time not yet finish the game ma).. She came and tell me .. BEARING ROSAK.. i was like WTF?!! sure or not? At that time I thought I sought second opinion... then after some advicement from friends and family.. OK la better get it fixed... But I shudda went out into the work floor and see for sure.. >> PLONK... close to RM400 for the bolas... .... OK if it stops the noise fine la..

So I went to ask a cousin of my wife who was a mechanic who told me, usually there is NO WAY to check if your bearings rosak or not except from sound... and when ppl complain noise from the wheels it's the bearings... .. So I suspected those Vivahill guys just SIMPLY change and swindled me RM400 just like that.. Sakitnya dompet I...

and this cousin-in-law of mine told me there are other noises coming from my car.. could be tyre botak hingga besi wor.. but din delve too much on it... but this will come back and bite me... read on...

So back in Penang, Went back there livid ... and ask the kerani to bring out the mechanic fast ... I demanded.. ok la.. drove the mechanic out to reach 120KPH... Mader.. when u try to show them... the rattle takda... Sigh.. so they go and check what actually got changed during the first time. Some kind of SEAT BELT CLIP? WTF? so he took out myseatbelt assembly to look see. nothing also. Tighten tighten, ok... "come back if got problem"... sigh... since no rattle can be demonstrated.. OK la.. balik...

Another trip down the PLUS... RATTLE RATTLE.. sigh... then just before I got ready to drive back, I thought I check it myself and see wtf is loose there.. kick kick.. EH... LONGGAR Skirting tepi neh.... Mader.. How did the mechanic not see it... So I take a look see lagi close up.. memang something missing.. ... the pemasangan of the skirting was slapping the bottom of the car... rattle rattle when go fast la... ... RM400 and this thing not fix.. t =_= t

Go back .... just today... to SPECIFICly say, NI missing pin.. STILL noise... mader u farkers din do job properly .. swindled me...

So I waited there watching Shoalin Soccer... one melayoo mechanic say it's the Tyres la boss..

WTF? Go out... shit.. that cousin-in-law was right.. BOTAK hingga besi... Mut was a witness. (not on the spot la) shit..

After the BOLA besi fiasco.. I m not letting those HONDA guys sakit my dompet again.. i let mut rekomen someone else to stab my wallet... :p

Sigh... SO... now, I got new treads.. 4 bijis... well, Michelin Energy XM1 wor...I hope the boss lady dun con me my free RM40 free TnG card +_+

My old Dell Axim X51v has been sitting around for a long time. I haven't been using it obviously. It was working fine a couple of month back. It just need a good charge and it was working like old times.

But this last weekend, I don't know what came over me and I decided may be I wanna turn it on again. But this time it was not like old times... PUTIH PUTIH PUTIH :p

I try and check if dell has a warranty on this still.. NOPE.... Called them up this one technician told me there is NO replair center for this thingie in M'sia.. =_+

His suggestion was for me to extend my warranty and go for a one to one exchange... sort of cheating the system a bit... so i rang their warranty department.. extension is RM245... +_+  I had to think about it.. so the next day I rang a technician again to comfirm.... Different answer konon.... +_+

Cannot ... cuz warranty not Continuous... +_+ other option.. purchase another Axim with a SPECIAL price.... RM 716.... +_+   that's not very special ..... .*wave fist at dell*

YOU NOOBs At Dell... How can no repair service one? and the website also not selling jor this model....
grrr...

Silver lining is... I don't use the thing that much nowadays anyway... errr. wait.. I don't use it anymore.. OH y did I buy it again? Shit.. another impulse buy going down the drain.. no more of this lo... need to collect milkmoney.. if it was between a new axim or a new graphic card.. wat u thnk i will pick hahahahaha... nawl.. i m banned frm pc upgrades too.. X(
