just lastnight i saw a big round moond again... a bit cloudy.. but what the heck.. i have 4 exra megapixel than the D70 of old.. so i tried it.. again... :)

With some raw fiddling .. *i really mean raw *

here is the result.. not too shabby huh... Crop one la.. 200mm at 1.5x can only reach so much.. but extra MP helps now.. hahaha

Handheld no tripod...no ghosting? No problem.. Bracket and turn on that 4.5fps SSHO SHO SHOOT

Yes, it is finally here. The long awaited... 

 Ever since the introduction of D300 in the market, I was intrigued by Nikon's move to the CMOS sensor. And D300 was the first Nikon CMOS sensor... 

 Long I have heard and verified that CCDs are inherently noisier than that of CMOS. This was one of the bains of Nikon which Canon had an advantage over. But being a nikonian since 1988, it's hard to migrate or.. people prefer to say... "see the Lightside"

But "the darkside is the path to many abilities most would deemed unnatural"

and UNNATURAL was the D300 sensor. FUIYO the noise performance.... BUT the price was also Fuiyo.... since i dun earn from a money tree like some folks... I had to wait... Together with the D300 was the D3... the FULL Frame CRAZIER noise performer...

These guys were like damn sportscars teasing at me. Well D3 was like a ferrari.. and well D300 was like hmm..... let me think of a more affordable sportscar... ... @_@ nah... nvm

Then a few months back, Came.. the CHEAPER (but still cost a bomb) ok.. CHEAPEST fullframe  Digital camera .... a BABY D3 if you will. well, ANOTHER sportscar.. ok la.. supermodels can be a better analogy... It's Hot.. but too hot still.. pricey still... sigh...

 AND THEN one month ago...  NIKON nailed me with the D80 successor... D70suc successor.. hahaha... D90 came.... I had to have it.. a baby D300.. and honey.. the rest is history

i booked it last week.. and promised it would be like last week.. then monday

then tuesday.. the we..thu... then came friday... and HALLELUJAH.. TGIF...
