wooot.. reno reno start jor!!!

it's about a month and a half since I got my keys for my piece of turtle isle...

And after a month of deliberation over what and who to do my renovation; finally we have come to a final plan 2 weeks back. And we finally went for a recommended contractor outside of what the PumpAss appointed... these PumpAss contractor memang samseng one... I have try have these appointed guys quote on my place on the stuff that I do, but still find that their prices very high.. then there is news of having to pay a ransom of RM450 for garbage collection.. WTF? I already pay RM450 reno deposit wor.. what is this extra RM450????

No matter, I have seen folks who started their reno first... one actually initially used the appointeds... and was about to start work.. then suddenly these guy still want to collect a RM450... wtf? again... supposedly (so they claim) if we take the appointed no need to pay this extra "fee" let's just call it RANSOM from now on.... But since my friend didn't have a bill that add up to a certain amount... still hv to ransom... Samseng-ism de ne...

Then another friend actually managed to nego the ransom down more about half... Okay.. I go with this guy jor lo... sigh... then after I hv committed the ransom, another colleague also got a place there show me this site where by folks are trying to group together to stand up against this nonsense. AIYA.. y din early leh?

nvm la.. so from now till complete.. i shall log ... blog... clog .. the progress of this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle... isle... hahhaah..

See the nice piping.. Today lunch only.. had to pass on DOSA just to meet my aircon guy who was suppose to meet me at 1pm... Reach there. .my kitchen contractor who already have my key already pass the guy in.. hahaha.... Sorry la hendrix.. still hv to get up there to see see look look a bit ma... :p

At about 5pm... wooot... phone call from Ah Jin... (aircon guy)... finito aircon piping.. WOOHHAHAHA.. so fast.. i start to wonder really worth RM1.2K or not jor... but ok la... did a nice job... he did chip off a bit a cross beam at the corridor.. din hit the metal la.. ok lo... hahaha.. Hopefully the water pipe won't leak la.. hmmm wonder can test the water or not leh????

hmmm may be shud get a water hose to test the thing ler.. or leave it alone first till install Aircon... but the way he set it up seems like shud be ez to fix later if got leak gua... hmmm... must ask him again whether reliable or not.

ON the other end.... kitchen guy already etching out the outlines for my kitchen top jor.
